so new york governor spitzer got caught in a prostitution scandal. but what i really wanna know is, what the hell was she doing that was worth $5,500??! cos i'll tell you something, the average escort price in DC is $250 an hour. so this lady was 22 times better than your average whore!

well that's the average, meaning it probably includes cheap-ass massage parlors and sketchy brothels too. i think the average in new york is between $250 and $275 as well.
